Position Overview
As a Content Creator, you will be responsible for producing engaging and high-quality content tailored to different social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and more. You will work closely with the marketing and content production teams to bring ideas to life and help grow our online presence. This role requires strong creativity, a good sense of art, and advanced video editing skills to bring ideas to life. A portfolio showcasing your work is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities
Content Creation
?Develop and create high-quality, engaging content for various social media platforms, including posts, videos, graphics, and stories.
?Write persuasive and creative captions and scripts that align with the brand’s tone and messaging.
?Collaborate with the team to produce visually appealing assets (e.g., images, infographics, animations).
?Shoot and edit short-form videos and reels for platforms like Instagram and TikTok.
Content Strategy
?Work with the marketing team to ensure all content aligns with the overall content strategy and business objectives.
?Stay up-to-date with social media trends, tools, and best practices to create highly relevant content.
?Contribute to brainstorming sessions to develop fresh, creative content ideas that resonate with our target audience.
Social Media Collaboration
?Support the execution of campaigns by creating content that drives engagement and audience growth.
?Ensure all content is optimized for platform-specific algorithms and SEO where applicable.
?Monitor audience reactions and engage with followers through comments and messages to build a strong online community.
Analytics and Feedback
?Collaborate with the team to analyze content performance and adjust strategies accordingly.
?Use insights from analytics tools (e.g., Instagram Insights, Facebook Analytics) to optimize future content.

Qualifications
Required Skills and Experience:
?Proven experience (2+ years) as a Content Creator or similar role is preferred.
?Exceptional copywriting and storytelling skills, with the ability to craft engaging captions, blog posts, and scripts.
?Proficiency in content creation tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, or Premiere Pro), or similar platforms.
?Strong understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, etc.) and their content formats.
?Advanced video editing skills, with proficiency in tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, or CapCut. 
?Creative mindset with attention to detail and a good sense of art.
?Fresh graduates with a strong passion for content creation are welcome.

Preferred Skills:
?Photography or videography skills for content production.
?Knowledge of SEO principles for optimizing blogs or YouTube content.
?Experience with social media scheduling tools like Hootsuite or Buffer.
?Proficiency in AI tools is preferred.
?Candidates who have studied overseas or have international exposure are preferred.
?A portfolio of previous work is highly desirable and will be a significant advantage.
