負責工裝夾具和設備的設計/維護工作，為新產(chǎn)品試生產(chǎn)提供支持，以滿足生產(chǎn)要求，并確保在工程政策、程序和系統(tǒng)框架內(nèi)生產(chǎn)過程中的機器穩(wěn)定性。
Conduct tooling/fixture and equipment Design / maintenance, support MPDE team for the new product pilot run with the objective of meeting  production requirements and ensure the machine stability on production  within Engineering policies, procedures and systems. 
主要職責：
1、設備設計調(diào)試接收
與設備供應商一起設計或者自行設計，安裝并調(diào)試自動線,跟蹤調(diào)試進度,及時反饋并解決問題以保證項目進度 
Work with vendors to set up/debug automation machine; Timely feedback and solve the problem to ensure the progress of the project
2、技術支持
自動線試產(chǎn)，量產(chǎn)運行及換型時為生產(chǎn)提供技術支撐，保證自動線運轉正常
Provide technical support to manufacturing during pilot run and production start-up/change over 
3、問題解決
及時識別并解決生產(chǎn)中出現(xiàn)的機械故障,保證生產(chǎn)順利進行; 
Problem identification and trouble-shooting a wide range of complex mechanical problems for automation line
與相關部門進行高效地溝通，維持良好的工作關系，及時跟時并解決問題；
Responsible for the effective communication across the company
4、培訓指導
指導技術員并參與自動線維護及產(chǎn)品換型工作
Line maintenance/change over together with/guiding the technicians to make sure automation machine run smoothly
任職資格：
1. 本科學歷，機械工程/自動化/機電一體化專業(yè)，優(yōu)秀者可放寬學歷要求
Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Automation;
2. 五年以上非標設備設計或調(diào)試經(jīng)驗, 擅長工裝夾治具設計; 
Minimum 5 years of experience w/ automated assembly machines, skilled in fixture/jig design and trouble-shooting for automation machine;
3. 熟悉視覺檢測系統(tǒng)（如基恩士/康奈士）,PLC，氣動元件，傳感器，馬達和其他動作控制設備，以及相應元件選型；
Familiar with Vision Inspection (Keyence/Cognex), Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC), Pneumatics, sensors, motors and other motion control devices and components selection;
4. 了解機械手的特性和操作，有機械手維護保養(yǎng)經(jīng)驗為佳；
Robot knowledge will be a plus; 
5.對于電氣性能有一定了解；
Interfacing knowledge between mechanical and electrical;
6. 熟練使用Pro-E/SolidWorks/AutoCAD/UG/Inventor/CREO等軟件
Familiar with Pro-E or SolidWorks, AutoCAD software to create 2D and 3D drawing;
7. 出色的問題分析及解決能力，良好的人際溝通技能。
Proven strong analytical and problem solving skills, good interpersonal skills. 
8. 英文讀寫良好,可閱讀相關英文技術資料.
English skills, able to ready technical materials in English
