負(fù)責(zé)工裝夾具和設(shè)備的設(shè)計(jì)/維護(hù)工作，為新產(chǎn)品試生產(chǎn)提供支持，以滿足生產(chǎn)要求，并確保在工程政策、程序和系統(tǒng)框架內(nèi)生產(chǎn)過(guò)程中的機(jī)器穩(wěn)定性。
Conduct tooling/fixture and equipment Design / maintenance, support MPDE team for the new product pilot run with the objective of meeting production requirements and ensure the machine stability on production within Engineering policies, procedures and systems.
主要職責(zé)：
1、設(shè)備設(shè)計(jì)調(diào)試接收
與設(shè)備供應(yīng)商一起設(shè)計(jì)或者自行設(shè)計(jì)，安裝并調(diào)試自動(dòng)線,跟蹤調(diào)試進(jìn)度,及時(shí)反饋并解決問(wèn)題以保證項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度
Work with vendors to set up/debug automation machine; Timely feedback and solve the problem to ensure the progress of the project
2、技術(shù)支持
自動(dòng)線試產(chǎn)，量產(chǎn)運(yùn)行及換型時(shí)為生產(chǎn)提供技術(shù)支撐，保證自動(dòng)線運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)正常
Provide technical support to manufacturing during pilot run and production start-up/change over
3、問(wèn)題解決
及時(shí)識(shí)別并解決生產(chǎn)中出現(xiàn)的機(jī)械故障,保證生產(chǎn)順利進(jìn)行;
Problem identification and trouble-shooting a wide range of complex mechanical problems for automation line
與相關(guān)部門進(jìn)行高效地溝通，維持良好的工作關(guān)系，及時(shí)跟時(shí)并解決問(wèn)題；
Responsible for the effective communication across the company
4、培訓(xùn)指導(dǎo)
指導(dǎo)技術(shù)員并參與自動(dòng)線維護(hù)及產(chǎn)品換型工作
Line maintenance/change over together with/guiding the technicians to make sure automation machine run smoothly
任職資格：
1. 本科學(xué)歷，機(jī)械工程/自動(dòng)化/機(jī)電一體化專業(yè)，優(yōu)秀者可放寬學(xué)歷要求
Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Automation;
2. 五年以上非標(biāo)設(shè)備設(shè)計(jì)或調(diào)試經(jīng)驗(yàn), 擅長(zhǎng)工裝夾治具設(shè)計(jì);
Minimum 5 years of experience w/ automated assembly machines, skilled in fixture/jig design and trouble-shooting for automation machine;
3. 熟悉視覺(jué)檢測(cè)系統(tǒng)（如基恩士/康奈士）,PLC，氣動(dòng)元件，傳感器，馬達(dá)和其他動(dòng)作控制設(shè)備，以及相應(yīng)元件選型；
Familiar with Vision Inspection (Keyence/Cognex), Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC), Pneumatics, sensors, motors and other motion control devices and components selection;
4. 了解機(jī)械手的特性和操作，有機(jī)械手維護(hù)保養(yǎng)經(jīng)驗(yàn)為佳；
Robot knowledge will be a plus;
5.對(duì)于電氣性能有一定了解；
Interfacing knowledge between mechanical and electrical;
6. 熟練使用Pro-E/SolidWorks/AutoCAD/UG/Inventor/CREO等軟件
Familiar with Pro-E or SolidWorks, AutoCAD software to create 2D and 3D drawing;
7. 出色的問(wèn)題分析及解決能力，良好的人際溝通技能。
Proven strong analytical and problem solving skills, good interpersonal skills.
8. 英文讀寫良好,可閱讀相關(guān)英文技術(shù)資料.
English skills, able to ready technical materials in English
