任職要求：
1. 8 or above years relevant working experience in: 8年以上相關工作經(jīng)驗

b. Design for Manufacturing 夾治具設計
c. High Speed Assembly Equipment (optional) 高速組裝機（有選項）
d. Machine Tools 機加設備
e. Precision Tooling 精密工具
f. Industrial Machine Control Systems (optional) 工業(yè)機加設備控制系統(tǒng)（有選項）
2. 3-5 years relevant experience in project management is preferred. 3~5 年管理經(jīng)驗佳。
3. Solid interpersonal communication skills, a professional demeanour, cooperative personality and a team attitude are all required. Works well with others and interacts effectively and efficiently with internal and external people and groups. 溝通技能佳
4. Strong verbal and written English communication skills. 英語口語及書面溝通能力佳。
5. Ability to use SolidWorks and MS Office Suite, MS Project, SharePoint Document Management and general computer literacy. 熟練使用SW及相關軟件
6. Analytical and creative thinker, problem solver, result-orientated and focused. 創(chuàng)新思維，解決問題能力佳， 結果導向驅動， 有專注力。
崗位職責：
1. Direct tooling concept review, model review and detail review, review all mechanical elements of either manual, semi-automatic or fully automatic tooling and equipment used in volume production in Samtec’s assembly processes.
指導tooling概念設計，模型設計，細節(jié)設計，審查手動，半自動或全自動機的機構元件設計
2. Communicate in a collaborative environment to provide mechanical design support for the design needs of internal customers.
在合作的氛圍內(nèi)溝通， 為內(nèi)部客戶提供關于機構設計的支持。
3. Validate that Product Quality and Process Reliability are designed into all projects through project qualifications.
評估產(chǎn)品和制程的質量和可靠性。
4. Evaluate/review tooling costing and margin requirements for new product project.
對新產(chǎn)品預估tooling費用及相關要求
5. Responsible for the tooling project status, evaluation of suppliers, their quotations and cost control of the project budget.
對tooling 案件的進程負責，評估供應商及其報價，案件預算控制。
6. Assign the design project, provide leadership in design and build to meet global safety standards.
分配設計案件， 主導設計及制造需要符合全球安全準則。
7. Conduct regular project meetings with the project team
組織例行工程會議。
8. Inspire, lead, organize and manage MEG team
激勵， 領導和管理MEG團隊。
