Job Description工作內(nèi)容：
1、Production Planning and Scheduling:Lead the formulation and review of the Master Production Schedule (MPS) and detailed production scheduling to ensure plan feasibility,Monitor production progress, promptly identify and resolve abnormalities in the production process to ensure timely completion of plans,Coordinate with production, procurement, quality, engineering, and other departments to address issues affecting production progress.
生產(chǎn)計(jì)劃與調(diào)度：主導(dǎo)主生產(chǎn)計(jì)劃（MPS）和詳細(xì)生產(chǎn)排程的制定與評審，確保計(jì)劃的可執(zhí)行性；監(jiān)控生產(chǎn)進(jìn)度，及時(shí)發(fā)現(xiàn)并解決生產(chǎn)過程中的異常，確保計(jì)劃按時(shí)完成；協(xié)調(diào)生產(chǎn)、采購、質(zhì)量、工程等部門，解決影響生產(chǎn)進(jìn)度的各類問題。
2、Material Requirements and Control:Accurately calculate Material Requirements Planning (MRP) based on production plans, BOMs, and inventory data,Monitor the supply status of critical and long-cycle materials to ensure material availability and prevent production line downtime,Manage and optimize inventory levels of raw materials, semi-finished products, and finished goods, set safety stock levels, and reduce capital occupancy.
物料需求與控制：根據(jù)生產(chǎn)計(jì)劃、BOM和庫存數(shù)據(jù)，精準(zhǔn)計(jì)算物料需求計(jì)劃（MRP），監(jiān)控關(guān)鍵物料和長周期物料的供應(yīng)狀況，確保物料齊套，避免生產(chǎn)線停線，管理與優(yōu)化原材料、半成品和成品庫存水平，設(shè)定安全庫存，減少資金占用。
3、Warehouse Management:Supervise daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, shipping, and inventory counting (cycle counting and year-end inventory),Ensure warehouse account consistency (book, physical, and card alignment) and promote standardized and warehouse management,Continuously optimize warehouse layout and material flow paths to improve storage space utilization and operational efficiency.
倉儲管理：監(jiān)督倉庫的日常運(yùn)作，包括收貨、存儲、揀配、發(fā)貨和盤點(diǎn)（循環(huán)盤點(diǎn)和年終盤點(diǎn)），確保倉庫賬務(wù)一致性（賬、物、卡一致），推動倉庫管理的規(guī)范化與標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化，持續(xù)優(yōu)化倉庫布局和物流動線，提升倉儲空間利用率和運(yùn)作效率。
4、Data Analysis and Process Improvement:Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), such as on-time delivery rate, schedule adherence rate, inventory turnover rate, and inventory accuracy rate,Use data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, ERP systems) to identify process bottlenecks and drive continuous improvement projects to enhance overall supply chain efficiency,Participate in or lead the optimization and upgrade of PMC-related modules in the ERP system.
數(shù)據(jù)分析與流程改善：建立并監(jiān)控關(guān)鍵績效指標(biāo)（KPIs），如訂單準(zhǔn)時(shí)交付率、計(jì)劃達(dá)成率、庫存周轉(zhuǎn)率、庫存準(zhǔn)確率等，運(yùn)用數(shù)據(jù)分析（如Excel, ERP系統(tǒng)）識別流程瓶頸，推動持續(xù)改進(jìn)項(xiàng)目，提升整體供應(yīng)鏈效率，參與或主導(dǎo)ERP系統(tǒng)中PMC相關(guān)模塊的優(yōu)化與升級。
5、Team Management:Assist the management in leading, training, and motivating the PMC team to enhance their professional skills and work efficiency,Assign tasks and supervise execution results.
團(tuán)隊(duì)管理：協(xié)助上級領(lǐng)導(dǎo)、培訓(xùn)和激勵PMC團(tuán)隊(duì)，提升團(tuán)隊(duì)成員的專業(yè)能力和工作效率，分配工作任務(wù)，并監(jiān)督執(zhí)行結(jié)果。
6、Other tasks assigned by senior management.
上級領(lǐng)導(dǎo)安排的其他工作事務(wù)。
Qualifications任職資格：
1、Bachelor's degree or above, with over five years of PMC work experience in manufacturing firms and at least three years of relevant management experience. Familiarity with production management processes and supply chain processes (experience in the electromechanical industry is preferred).
全日制本科或以上學(xué)歷，五年以上制造型企業(yè)PMC工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)，以及至少三年以上相關(guān)管理經(jīng)驗(yàn)，熟悉生產(chǎn)管理流程與供應(yīng)鏈流程（機(jī)電行業(yè)優(yōu)先）。
2、Strong command of English in listening, speaking, reading, and writing.
較強(qiáng)的英語聽說讀寫能力。
3、Proficient in ERP system operations, capable of independently formulating production plans and managing material planning and control.
熟悉ERP系統(tǒng)的運(yùn)作，能夠獨(dú)立進(jìn)行生產(chǎn)計(jì)劃編排，物料計(jì)劃管控。
4、Skilled in using office software such as Excel, Word, and PPT; familiar with functions and data analysis capabilities.
熟練操作辦公軟件Excel、Word、PPT等；熟悉函數(shù)及掌握數(shù)據(jù)分析能力。
5、Possess strong professional integrity, resilience under pressure, willingness to take responsibility, teamwork spirit, leadership skills, and negotiation abilities.
