職責(zé)內(nèi)容/Responsibilities:
1. 學(xué)習(xí)并適應(yīng)產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)開發(fā)體系和公司產(chǎn)品開發(fā)程序。
Study and adapt to product design development system and product development process.
2. 按產(chǎn)品開發(fā)流程進(jìn)行新產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)及產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)驗(yàn)證。
Perform new product design and product design validation according to product development procedures.
3. 完成產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)并發(fā)布技術(shù)圖紙；與客戶交流并確保產(chǎn)品技術(shù)資料持續(xù)的滿足客戶要求。
Complete product design and release technical spec； communicate with customers and ensure product technical information to meet customer requirements.
4. 完成產(chǎn)品的設(shè)計(jì)驗(yàn)證計(jì)劃并實(shí)施；進(jìn)行技術(shù)積累，形成技術(shù)規(guī)范，實(shí)現(xiàn)技術(shù)進(jìn)步；持續(xù)改進(jìn)，并推行持續(xù)性改進(jìn)；
Complete design validation and implementation, technical accumulation, technical specifications, technical progress, continuous improvement, and continuous improvements.
5. 與生技工程師緊密合作，降低產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)成本，達(dá)到適合公司具體情況的產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)，確?，F(xiàn)有條件下具體項(xiàng)目制造過程的合理性；
Work closely with PE engineers to reduce product cost, achieve product design appropriate to the company's specific conditions, and ensure the reasonableness of the project manufacturing process under existing conditions.
6. 完成領(lǐng)導(dǎo)交辦的其他任務(wù)。
Complete other tasks assigned by leader.
任職資格要求/Job Requirement :
1. 電子相關(guān)專業(yè)，大專以上學(xué)歷；
Major in electronic correlation, college graduated or above.
2．3年以上電子變壓器開發(fā)經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
More than 2 years’ experience in product development of transformer.
3. 熟悉APQP和FMEA工具并能熟練運(yùn)用。
Be familiar with APQP and FMEA tools and can use it with ease.
4. 精通各類電子變壓器設(shè)計(jì)開發(fā)，了解基本的制造工藝及品質(zhì)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。
Proficient in design and development of all kinds of transformers, basic understanding for manufacturing process and quality
standards.
5. 熟悉電子變壓器的各種安全標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。
Familiar with all kinds of electronic transformer safety standards.
6. 英文（日文）良好，能熟練運(yùn)用Office、 CAD等辦公軟件。
Good command of English（or Japanese）, Proficient in Office, CAD and other office software.
